Following feedback from the launch event, the event will now always be on the 2nd Thursday of month, so the June event is on, Thursday the 8th of June at 6:30 pm, with your event host, Alastair Hoyne, CEO of Finanze Group at our permanent venue the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester – Piccadilly Hotel which is located right in the heart of Manchester City Centre, just round the corner from Manchester Piccadilly train station and Piccadilly Gardens.
A little bit about your host, Alastair Hoyne.
Alastair has been involved in finance and venture capital for over 20 years. While still at university he founded two companies, one focused on entertainment and concierge services along with an online property portal. Both of which were sold, the former to his university student’s union and the latter to an insurance company. He then went on to work in investment banking which took him around the world from London to Paris, Hong Kong to Singapore and New York.
He left investment banking at 30 to become COO of a £31bn investment manager in Hong Kong. He focused on regulatory compliance, raising assets for the various funds from international investors and also created two equity UCITS funds for the firm before deciding a few years later to setup his own firm, specializing in consulting for both hedge funds and private equity and undertaking venture capital activities of its own. Within this role, he undertook a string of advisory appointments over the next 7 years, consulting C-Suites and Boards within private equity, real estate, renewable energy, investment management, cryptocurrency and a number of FinTech and PropTech startups.
He sold his interest in the firm in 2021 to return to the UK for family reasons. Since then he has setup Finanze Group, a diversified financial services company with interests in Property & Business Finance, Protection & Insurance, Estate Planning, Education, Publishing & Events, Technology and Origination & Lending. The Group continues to grow rapidly and further venture capital investments are scheduled to be made in the coming years.
He was ranked in the Top 30 UK brokers in 2022 and followed that up with being ranked in the Top 40 most influential property professionals nationally in 2023. He is highly sought after as a speaker and still handles some transactions himself for clients that have been with him since the beginning, or where the transaction is particularly complex. He also works as a Board Adviser to a pension’s administrator, a business focused on helping those with distressed finances, a housing charity and a real estate investment fund when he isn’t busy with his family or travelling to events.

A little bit about your speaker, JON DALE…
JON is a full-time property investor, multiple business owner, SSAS Trustee, and Wealth and Business Coach. Jon’s journey started with a realisation that getting a job wasn’t for him, and after experiencing life-changing events that highlighted the importance of having income from assets, he set out to build his wealth through property investments, businesses, and SSAS Pensions.
With a background in sales and marketing, Jon founded a mortgage practice that grew to over 36 brokers across the UK, and he has owned two IFA businesses. He now co-owns Jag Property Investments, with a diverse property portfolio that includes BTLS and commercial property. Jag Property also engage in flips, new builds, and commercial conversions. He also co-founded Go All In, a property training business that provides clients with access to training, accountability, and guidance from property investors who have built their wealth from property.
Jon has experience in work, life, family, business, sales and marketing, finance, property, wealth coaching, property training, starting, running, and selling businesses, working with investors, and investing in pensions, ISAs, stocks, shares, property, businesses and balance.
Jon believes that with the right mindset, support, and knowledge, anyone can achieve financial freedom. He keeps it simple, follows a plan, and stays on track to continue building his wealth and leaving a legacy of knowledge and wealth for his family and generations to come.

A little bit about your speaker, NICKY RUSSELL…
NICKY is an enthusiastic go getter, driven and focused, with a passion for all things property, she is the director of her own company, is her own boss, a successful property investor – but it wasn’t always this way…
Nicky didn’t go to university, she left school after her GCSE’s and stepped straight into employment, minimum wage, very much blinkered to the possibility that someone like her could do anything remotely close to corporate or qualified, when she looked in the mirror she just didn’t see a business woman and believed that world was meant for ‘more intelligent and well educated’ people.
But she still wanted more from life and believed there must a way for ‘someone like her’ so she’d love to take you on her journey so far. Nicky will share how she overcome some of her biggest challenges and despite starting with minus £20k, the biggest of all hurdles hasn’t been financial, but mindset and self mastery for sure!
She will run through a couple of her more interesting deals, recommend some books and mindset hacks that have been real game changers for her and hopefully show you that the world of money doesn’t have to be intimidating and out of reach. Success is very much there for anyone who is willing to work and brave enough to reach for it.
She literally started from nothing, in fact she was NFA living in a motorhome with my dog!
