Terms and Conditions for Attendance at The PSN Community Ltd Live Networking Events in the UK.

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, booking, and attendance of live networking events ("Events") organized by The PSN Community Ltd ("Organiser") and apply to all attendees ("Attendees"). By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.    Booking and Cancellation

1.1 Ticket Purchase: Tickets for Events can be purchased through the designated ticketing platform or authorised ticketing agents. The availability of tickets is subject to capacity limitations and on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.2 Changes and Transfers: If an Attendee needs to change the date of their attendance after booking, they may request to transfer their ticket to another Event, subject to availability, within six months of the original booking date. Any requests for transfers must be made in writing to the Organiser's designated contact email or through the ticketing platform.

1.3 Refunds and Cancellations:

a) Attendee Request: If an Attendee wishes to cancel their ticket and request a refund, they must notify the Organiser in writing within a reasonable timeframe before the Event. Refund requests will be subject to the following conditions:

•    Refund requests received more than 30 days before the Event will be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees or processing charges.
•    Refund requests received between 7 to 30 days before the Event will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus any administrative fees or processing charges.
•    Refund requests received less than 7 days before the Event will not be eligible for a refund.

b) Organiser's Discretion: The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient attendance, speaker unavailability, or force majeure events. In such cases, the Organiser will provide a refund for the ticket price paid, or offer a transfer to a rescheduled Event, at their sole discretion.

2.    Attendee Responsibilities

2.1 Identification: Attendees may be required to present a valid photo identification or proof of ticket purchase upon entry to the Event. Failure to provide the necessary identification may result in denial of entry.

2.2 Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the Event. Any behaviour that disrupts the Event or negatively affects other Attendees may result in removal from the Event without refund.

2.3 Liability: Attendees acknowledge that participation in the Event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event and release the Organiser from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from participation in the Event, except where prohibited by law.

3.    Intellectual Property

3.1 Event Content: The Organiser holds the intellectual property rights to all content presented at the Event, including but not limited to presentations, speeches, materials, and recordings.
