A little bit about your event ambassador, David Nicklin.
David is the Managing Director of Finanze Legacy.
David has been involved in the Financial Services Sector for over 32 years, progressing through the ranks of various insurance companies before becoming a business owner and forming a financial services practice in 2002.
In 2017 he retrained as a specialist in estate planning as an IFA and set up his own estate planning company.
He is also the MD of RC Administration who administer over 800 SSAS pension schemes and is a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds the designation of Cert CII (MP) and the CII Financial Planning Certificate.
With his extensive background and knowledge in both of these areas, a large part of what he enjoys most is helping others achieve their goals, whether it be through Estate Planning, setting up life assurance policies under trust or creating a strategy for a SSAS Member/Trustee.
David’s values are to treat everyone as you expect to be treated yourself, listen to and help as many people as he can to get to where they need to be.
A memorable moment in his own journey was receiving feedback from a customer saying “the reason I chose to work with you and your company was because you told me how great you can make me and not how great you are”.
A little bit about your speakers for the event…
We have two more amazing speakers lined-up for the event, TOM BOLAN from BOLAN PROPERTY and RAMINDER UBEROI from STARCK UBEROI.
A little bit about your speaker, TOM BOLAN.
TOM previously had a very successful career in TV production, where he managed to travel the world covering live motorsports events, working as a Cameraman, Editor and Director. However, after a solid few years in the industry, he realised that he was never going to be able to offer his family the luxury life he had always dreamed of. He's always had an interest in property and understood from an early age that it was a great way to create wealth and after just a few years since he began his education, he has now been able to grow a multi-million-pound portfolio.
When Tom began investing in property, he was studying for a good few months before he started to take action, with the main drawback being his lack of access to cash, for he himself had none. As his aspirations were incredibly high, he wanted to skip a few chapters and go straight to the big deals. As he didn't have any money for the smaller deals, he thought he might as well aim for the big juicy ones, as he couldn't afford either of them anyway. This is where he learnt about creative financing and shortly after, he came up with the Title Split funding concept, which has now been designed into a bespoke lending product and enables the borrower to buy freehold apartment blocks and borrow up to 100% of the purchase price.
Now Tom's knowledge and experience enables him to look at these big juicy deals on a daily basis. However, he is now striving for more as he aims to create a syndicate to do even bigger deals as well as entering the realm of educating others on the 'title split strategy.'
