PSN East Midlands - May 2024 Event

Join us for an evening of property networking in a fun, safe and collaborative environment on Wednesday, the 22nd of May 2024, at our venue, Brewhouse & Kitchen, Trent Bridge, Nottingham, NG2 2GS. Doors open at 6:00 pm for a 6:30 pm start.

I’m thrilled to announce that Ed Argyle from Argyle Property has joined the PSN East Midlands team and will be regularly updated on the Nottingham property market to give extra value at the event.

Our first speaker, LOUISE WYNNE from WILDKIND INTERIORS, will share how to SUPERCHARGE your Serviced Accommodation.

A little bit about LOUISE.

As an in-demand interior designer, Louise uses colour and design to make property developers more money quickly, whether selling properties or renting rooms. She’s worked with national housebuilders on their showhome interiors and, more recently, has been on a mission to enlighten portfolio landlords and SME developers on the financial benefits of great interior design. 

Trained in colour & design psychology, Louise writes for various industry magazines and is a regular speaker on the property networking circuit.

Our second speaker is DANNY O'BRIEN from BD SHORT STAYS.

DANNY is set to deliver a captivating talk on service accommodation with a unique twist, shedding light on how service accommodation can provide quick emergency accommodation for vulnerable children in vital need and crisis. His journey, starting with buy-to-let, transitioned into service accommodation and eventually led to the creation of Placement Finder, a groundbreaking application transforming the care sector.

PLACEMENT FINDR is the first-of-its-kind innovative application designed to change how government bodies have access to safe, fitting emergency accommodations. Working with multiple SA operators nationwide, Danny has tapped into an untouched serviced accommodation market, bringing opportunity to SA operators nationwide while providing young people in crisis with safe, homely environments for the following stages of their recovery.

There will be Q&A opportunities with the event SPEAKERS and the PSN EAST MIDLANDS EVENT TEAM, JANE DAVIS, JO PARKER-LIDDLE and STEVE HANHAM, who will be on hand to answer any questions.
