PSN East Midlands - April 2024 Event

Our second speaker, JANE DAVIS from ADVENTURE PROPERTIES LTD, has fun converting commercial buildings into more usable space, keeping a mix of commercial and residential units. Jane will share her problems and how she has overcome them and talking about unusual property related issues and how to find a solution in her ‘Property Issues -No Sweat This Girl Can’ talk 

Jane will share how she dealt with unusual property issues, such as

• a flying freehold,
• a concrete cube construction building,
• a right of way
• an electric substation on site
• And her own road!

These issues will put many buyers off but may mean a great price for the brave and more knowledgeable. There is the good stuff, too, such as capital allowances and asbestos! Yes, asbestos !!

Jane will explain how she did it all on her second commercial property purchase.
