PSN Northwest - September 2023 Event

We are excited to announce the details of the PSN NORTHWEST SEPTEMBER event…the theme for the event is all about Serviced Accommodation - THE RIGHT WAY.  

We have more outstanding speakers lined up for you at the event, CARL WATERS and ABI COOKMAN from PRESTIGE PROPERTIES SERVICE ACCOMMODATION.

PRESTIGE PROPERTIES SERVICE ACCOMMODATION is a service accommodation business that has been operating for the past 3 years and currently manages over 20 properties, which are a mixture of "Rent To SA" and management properties on behalf of landlords and they currently operate in and around the Lake District in Cumbria.

They also have a fully compliant sourcing business that can source and manage suitable properties on behalf of investors.

At the event, CARL and ABI will be discussing all things Serviced Accommodation, which will enable the attendees to come away from the event with a good understanding of SA, and how they can potentially find their own deals suitable for SA.

A little bit about your speaker, Carl Waters from Prestige Properties Serviced Accommodation

Carl possesses over 6+ years of property experience, including managing and directing full-scale commercial conversion projects, and has an extensive portfolio of his own to boast. Recognising a need for affordable accommodation in the Lake District, Carl set about establishing Prestige Properties Serviced Accommodation with one goal: to make the Lake District accessible for all.

A little bit about your speaker, Abi Cookman from Prestige Properties Serviced Accommodation

Abi has been in charge of the day-to-day operations of Prestige Properties Serviced Accommodation since day one. Her attention to detail and guest communication are second to none, and she has since become a joint business partner alongside Carl. Abi has a vast knowledge of Serviced Accommodation and has ensured that the business has gone from strength to strength as we continue to expand.

6:45 pm: GUEST SPEAKERS – Part 1 - Carl Waters and Abi Cookman from Prestige Properties Serviced Accommodation

• What is Serviced Accommodation and the different types of SA units?
• How to analyse and find the right areas and properties suitable for SA.
• Correct contracts and compliance.
• Benefits of SA over other strategies.
• How to set up SA units and what systems and processes we use to operate them effectively.
• Achieving direct bookings to lower the commissions to the OTA’s (Online Travel Agents).

7:30 pm: NETWORKING BREAK

8:00 pm: GUEST SPEAKERS – Part 2 - Carl Waters and Abi Cookman from Prestige Properties Serviced Accommodation

8:45 pm: Q&A and Event Close with the PSN and Finanze teams and more informal networking in the bar till late.

Car Parking 

Parking and EV charge points are available on-site at the venue, on-site parking is £24.00 per day, however, there is a cheaper alternative, just across the road at Q-Park – Piccadilly Place Whitworth Place Manchester M1 3BD

Ticket Price Policy

£10.00 - Super Early Bird Ticket, For tickets booked up to midnight on Monday the 28th of August.

£15.00 - Early Bird Ticket - From Tuesday the 29th of August and up to the end of the month before the event.

£20.00 - Standard Ticket  - Booked from the up to the 1st of the month of the event up to 3 days before the event.

£25.00 - Last Minute Ticket - Booked 3 days before the event and up to 24 hours before the event.

£30.00 - Latecomer tickets - Booked within 24 hours of the event and on the door.
