PSN Northwest - January 2024 Event

We are excited to announce the details of the first PSN Northwest event of 2024 with a NEW DATE. The event will now be on the 4th THURSDAY of every month and still at our usual venue, the Doubletree-by-Hilton, directly opposite Manchester Piccadilly Train Station.

Join us for an evening of networking with property professionals and learning from the experiences of our two award-winning speakers, NEIL WALTON from THE HMO GUYS and CAROLINE PATTINSON from CHESTER HOMESHARE.

NEIL WALTON from THE HMO GUYS will be sharing "How to successfully run HMOs" by focusing on the tenant and how this strategy for Neil maximises his revenue by increasing occupancy and room rates.

A little about your guest speaker, NEIL WALTON.

Neil owns the North West’s Award Winning HMO Agency, which launched 4 1/2 years ago and has experienced growth to nearly 600 rooms. The HMO Guys maintains an occupancy level of 99% across the portfolio of rooms by adopting a tenant-led approach. The HMO Guys has won North West HMO Agency of the Year 2022 and the Best House Share Management Company in the BUILD 2023 Awards. Debt Free, Success Lead, the company continues growing and doubling yearly.

Neil has a career background in recruiting and HR, where in his last role, he worked managing a team matching candidates with roles, and these skills very much transpired across his team at The HMO Guys. The HMO Guy's success is attributed to “not operating like an average letting agency”.

CAROLINE PATTINSON from CHESTER HOMESHARE will share "How to DIE or ADAPT" and shield and grow your business through a turbulent economy.

An ex-senior Bank Manager and property lender at NatWest, as well as running her own property business for over 20 years, Caroline is well placed to share her experience on how to risk assess, lead and grow a successful business through change and a turbulent economy
