A little bit about our speaker, KIRSTY DARKINS.

Kirsty is a Chartered Commercial Surveyor by profession, starting in property in 1999, having worked for blue chip companies, including Boots and CBRE.  Kirsty is an expert in commercial property investment and asset management.

Kirsty has a broad range of property and business experience, having built, led and developed teams managing multi-million commercial and residential property portfolios. 

She now focuses on investing in her own commercial portfolio, WEM Commercial (recently nominated for Commercial Property Developer of the Year), Training and Mentoring Commercial Investors and being a regular commercial expert on property podcasts and TV shows.

A little bit about our speaker, VISHAL VERMA.

Vishal is an architectural technologist by profession and is passionate about creating living and working spaces that both look attractive and are also practical and fit for purpose: meeting his client's needs now and into the future. He gained valuable experience in large architectural practices in London and Birmingham before launching his firm in 2011.

Vishal has extensive experience working with property developers investing in HMOs. He firmly believes that seeking professional advice (architectural) before any project can enhance your ROI (return on investment).
