PSN FREE On-Line - August 2023 Event

We are excited to announce, the launch of the PSN Online Networking FREE monthly event with your regular event host, Imogen Sporle, Managing Director of Property Finance and Insurance at Finanze.

The online networking events are a great opportunity to connect with members of the wider PSN community from the comfort of your own home.

A little bit about your host, Imogen Sporle...

Imogen began working in Mortgages in 2019 after realising when purchasing her own home, she had no idea how to even begin a mortgage process and who to ask and even after a lot of research on the internet was no wiser. She began working with a local mortgage broker providing tailored advice for high-net-worth clients when purchasing their residential properties. Imogen gained further experience working in the Buy to let and commercial mortgage space learning invaluable information regarding different lenders' criteria and what boxes they want to tick.

Imogen then moved to Connect Mortgages where she was able to offer advice on all types of mortgages. She was therefore able to combine her skills to offer her clients the full service, taking into account their entire portfolios including any residential properties, in order to provide a tailored solution for their needs. She brings all of this experience to Finanze.

We are excited to be joined for the first PSN Online Networking event by our guest speakers, Sarah Corrie-Pearce from Coast & Country Group, and Fabienne Miler from Fabienne Interiors.

A little bit about your guest speaker, Sarah Corrie-Pearce...

Sarah will be sharing her journey, starting with zero property experience, in three years has completed two projects worth over half a million and now has a scheme in planning for 20 new build apartments.

A little bit about your guest speaker, Fabienne Miler...

Fabienne is a Property Stylist specialising in designing interiors of investment properties to stand out, attract people, and ultimately increase the return for her clients.

Her vision is simple: To create places where people want to be!

She won last year the best international home staging transformation.

To help investors who are involved in the design of their properties, she has developed a training called Profit by Design where she teaches the tools and methods to create harmonious and unique rooms with confidence!
