PSN East Midlands - January 2024 Event

We are excited to announce the details of the first PSN East Midlands event of 2024

Join us for an evening of property networking in a fun, safe and collaborative environment on Wednesday, the 24th of January 2024, at the Leonardo Hotel in Nottingham at 6:00 pm for a 6:30 pm start. There will be plenty of opportunities for great networking during the event, and we have two excellent speakers confirmed.

Our first speaker, RAJ BERI, will give valuable insights into "Strategic Wealth Building: The Power of HMO Investments".

RAJ is a full-time property investor with a mixed residential portfolio of BTLs and HMOs. Previously, he worked for the NRLA for three years, which, together with investing in HMOs, has given him a firm footing in this sector. 

In addition, his knowledge of HMOs has been built up through mentoring others, and he currently holds the post of co-editor of YPN magazine.

Our second speaker, JO PARKER-LIDDLE from PARKER LIDDLE ARCHITECTURE LTD.

Jo is the Managing Director of Parker Liddle Architecture. She has a BA(Hons) in Architectural Design and is an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. 

Jo has 20 years of experience in architecture and construction and, alongside helping many property investors with their projects, also invests in and develops her own projects and partnerships.
