PSN East Coast - October 2023 Event

We are excited to announce the date and details for the PSN East Coast October 2023 Event in Lincoln and will be on the evening of Monday the 9th of October 2023 from 6:00 pm, and still at our amazing venue, VirtuallyGolf with RYAN STEVENS - RICS Registered Valuer.

VirtuallyGolf is in the heart of Lincoln City Centre and is located in the Brayford Pool area, (next to the Odeon) which is one of the main pedestrianised areas in the heart of the city of Lincoln with plenty of hotels, bars and restaurants nearby and the venue has a licensed bar and food is available.

During the evening the guys at VirtuallyGolf allow us to use the golf simulators which are great for breaking the ice and if you play golf a chance to polish those golf skills or just have a go….

A little bit about your speaker, Ryan....

Ryan is a RICS Registered Valuer (MRICS) who invests in commercial multi-let industrial estates and has a portfolio valued in excess of £11m with a rent roll of £1m pa. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and sits on the RICS Presidents Panel of Arbitrators.
