If you’re one of the minority of players still giving Metal Gear Online a good seeing to (hint- stop killing me to unlock a bonus costume), then get ready for the next in Konami’s quartet of expansions.

The so-called SCENE Expansion adds three new maps to the existing cavalcade- the industrial wasteland of Outer Outlet, the close-combat orientated mansion in Hazard House, and Ravaged Riverfront, based upon MGS4’s third Act.

Not enough for you? Konami have finally added Raiden and Vamp to the character roster too, which should make for an interesting experience- how do you have a deathmatch with a guy who can kill you without having his arms, or an immortal vampire?

Get your pre-orders in before the March release via the convoluted arse that is the Konami Store, once you dig out your Konami IDs, Game IDs and character names, and enjoy a special pre-release bonus of a jaunty box-shaped chapeau as well. Who says Konami aren’t generous?
