1.5 is yet another update for Warhawk, bringing in various new features such as Trophies and custom soundtracks! Dylan Jobe has this, and more, to say over on the PlayStation blog:

We just released our v1.4 Update a month ago and we’re ready to upgrade our players to the latest version–Warhawk v1.5 which is tentatively scheduled for release on August 27th. We’re currently in the final phase of global Sony certification testing and all is looking good so far!

Perhaps more interestingly is where he says “In our ever-changing world, a world where Brett Favre is now a Jet, things can happen very quickly!”. Random thought or a not-so-subtle hint? I’m going with the latter.

The update is due to hit on August 27th.
